When Sharon Hanley is not at OTF, she is being pushed around by her three wonderful children and then she comes in to "push" OTF members to reach their full potential in each and every class. She is an avid runner, having completed 8 marathons, 2 Boston marathons, more than 20 half marathons and countless 5K and 10K runs. Most impressively, she finished 2nd female overall in 2009 in a Pasadena marathon with a PR of 3:15! Great job Sharon!
Sharon's favorite part of being on the OTF Coaching team is... YOU! She loves interacting with people, coaching them to reach new levels of fitness and motivating them to dig deep and challenge themselves. She lives for the interaction between our members both in and outside of class, and is excited about the culture of supportive community we are building here.

Kareen Oliveri is passionate about encouraging people to live a healthy lifestyle and is committed to helping members meet their fitness goals. She has experience with all fitness levels, from beginner to the elite, and loves assisting every member feel competent and challenged!
She is happy to be a part of the OTF coaching team, providing such a smart and efficient way to work out! She is a mother of two, one in college and one in high school. In addition to her OTF workouts, she also enjoys hiking, boxing and good old-fashioned weight training!
You know you are in Kareen's class because of her calming presence and goofy facial expressions! She will dance in front of you when you feel like you can't take another step, but leave feeling like you could scale a mountain!
Health and fitness have always been one of Ozzy Galan's highest priorities and life focuses ever since he was 16. Ozzy is always looking to further educate himself in the ever expanding health field. Among the many ways we as humans discover adventure, his hobbies include surfing, rock climbing, parkour, hip-hop dance, and tennis. Ozzy is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junkie who loves to inspire and bring out the absolute best in others through health and the fitness lifestyle. Ozzy's fitness knowledge is focused mainly on advanced kettle bell mechanics, core development, strength, and functional body motion efficiency.
If you take a class coached by Ozzy, you will leave feeling energized and entertained as if you've just joined him (your new best friend) some live performance, except that you're dripping sweat! We have been given one life, one chance to create and expand our dreams and desires beyond all expectations. Therefore, it is our duty to “lift with pride, and live with purpose.”

Rachael Gerstel is a nationally certified personal trainer, nutritional consultant and athlete with almost a decade of experience in the field of wellness. When Rachael is not at OTF, you might find her coaching classes at Cardio Barre, Pulse Studio or leading clients through Velos, a workout she created and launched in January 2014. She is also currently an ambassador for lululemon, Studio City, which gives her a unique opportunity for community involvement.
Rachael trains to gain mental toughness and clarity. Her strength is certainty; it must be earned through passion and commitment and cannot be taken away. Rachael's philosophy is founded in the idea that we train and condition our bodies because we CAN... and we owe it to ourselves to be our strongest. The strength gained through our practice will prove the tools necessary to overcome any of life's obstacles.
If you feel like someone has been reading your mind and talks you out of your own self doubt, you have probably been coached by Rachael! You will feel like you can do anything, in fact, many say they have burned their highest calories and have run their fastest speeds!
Stephanie Cooper recently obtained her PhD in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise psychology from the University of Georgia, and has co-authored scientific research articles published in Preventive Medicine and Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise. She graduated with a B.A. and B.S. in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University in 2008.
Stephanie impacts the health and fitness industry by providing research that shows the mental health benefits of exercise, as well as, motivating and teaching individuals techniques to maintain an active lifestyle in her community. To uphold an active lifestyle, Stephanie races in half marathons, cycles (indoors and outdoors), takes yoga classes, and does resistance training. Proof positive that Stephanie is a strong competitor: she was the overall winner for the 2012 Zooma Atlanta Half Marathon, and her half marathon PR is 1:24:22 (2014).
